1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the GOLE web application (hereinafter referred to as “the Application”), you agree to these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of the Service

GOLE is an online platform designed for managing amateur soccer tournaments, allowing users to:

• Create and manage personal and team profiles.
• Register for tournaments and matches.
• View statistics and match-related data.
• Make advance payments for matches and tournaments.
• Access administrative functions (for tournament organizers).

3. Account Registration and Use

• Users must register by providing accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information.
• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• GOLE reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or the laws of El Salvador

4. Acceptable Use

• Users agree to use the Application solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended use.
• The following are strictly prohibited:
  • Impersonating other users.
  • Posting offensive, fraudulent, or third-party infringing content.
  • Manipulating data or statistics on the platform.

5. Payments and Refunds

• GOLE allows advance payments for matches and tournaments.
• Refund policies are defined by tournament organizers and should be reviewed before making any payment.
• GOLE is not responsible for disputes between users and organizers related to payments.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content and software in the Application are the property of UDP GOLE or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior authorization.

7. User Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for their interactions on the platform.
• GOLE is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of the Application.

8. Limitation of Liability

• GOLE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
• Under no circumstances shall GOLE be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

9. Changes to the Terms

• GOLE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be communicated to users and will take effect once published in the Application.

10. Privacy Policy

Use of the Application implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy(https://goleplay.com/privacy-policy), which details how we collect, use, and protect users’ personal information.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador.
• Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of El Salvador.
